A return authorization form must be completed prior to sending any products back to Roadwarrior Inc., please contact [email protected] to receive a copy of the form. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Roadwarrior technical staff based on the information provided in the return authorization form. Parts that have been approved for a return will be accepted up to 60 days after the sale of the unit and will be subject to an inspection to ensure that the item is unused and undamaged.
Returns will include a 25% restocking fee as well as return freight charges.
All returns must be sent to Roadwarrior Inc.’s Canadian manufacturing facility at the address below. The necessary documentation for return shipping will be provided by Roadwarrior once the return is authorized.
