In manual mode, this charger can charge batteries with voltages as low as 1V and 0V. I keep this in my shed outside and I don't have to worry about water logging since this is IP68 protected. Great value for my money.

Additionally, the entire casing is remarkably well sealed against moisture and dust. These are the best options available on the market right now for the money, in my opinion, having owned several products from the Noco Genius brand.
